  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 5–12 business days

  • United Kingdom: 5–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment through the carrier's website.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout and will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly indicated on the website when available.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Address Accuracy

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery delays or additional shipping charges may occur. Zeno Home FZC is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
